The boards were put in the Port Elizabeth, South Africa office to allow for visual, consumable, tangible data and celebrate the work that is being done.
The Stadium allows for peer educators to celebrate graduates to be able to visual see their impact on the community. Each “fan” represents 10 graduates that are pinned at the end of each week to The Stadium. As The Stadium fills with fans, the closer the yearly goal and closer to educating youth on healthy behaviors and HIV prevention.
The Field is a map of Port Elizabeth to show what schools have current implemented programs. This allows staff to better track current programs and implement future ones.
